JUST A FEW FRIENDLY REMINDERS! 

• Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
• Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.
• Late fees are automatically assessed on the 6th calendar of day of the month, regardless of the "day" the 6th of the month falls on.
• There is a drop box located on the right of the club house door for after-hours drop offs. 
• If you leave your rental payment in the drop box after hours on the 5th of the month, you will NOT incur a late fee! ;)
• Checks returned from the bank will incur a fee as outlined in your lease agreement.
