JUST A FEW FRIENDLY REMINDERS! 

Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

The office is closed for lunch from 1:00-2:30 pm 

24 hour EMERGENCY SERVICE number is 302-363-3562

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.

Late fees are automatically assessed on the 6th calendar of day of the month, regardless of the calendar day the 6th of the month falls on.

There is a drop box located on the right of the club house door for after-hours drop offs.

You will not incur a late fee if you leave your rental payment in the afterhours drop box prior to the office opening at 9:00am on the 6th day of the month. 

If paying by Credit/Debit Card online, Late Fees will be incurred if the payment is made after 12:00am on the 6th day of the month.
